Saturday night, April 27, at the J.W. Marriot at L.A. Live, the brothers were honored to help celebrate 25 years of Homeboy Industries.
The duo version of Zehnder offered up an eclectic mix of uplifting music (originals and covers) during the pre-dinner social hour. Tom Zehnder, having brought his dad’s 1963 Martin D28, was struck by the appreciation voiced by a number of the attendees. Positive reactions abounded from dinner guests and Homeboy participants alike. Tim noted, “this organization (Homeboy) is such a good fit with who we are and what we are about- I trust this will not be the last time we do something together!”
Hi! Back in 1990, Greg Hastings introduced me to you guys. I have a cassette tape (which y’all signed for me!)called Ears to Hear. My favorite songs on it are “God Made You Beautiful” and “Shower!”
I am so excited to have found you again, and to discover that you’re still making incredible music together! I look forward to listening to your current stuff.
I pray that God will bless your socks off!
